Who We Are and What We Do

I have always loved baking, and dreamed of "One More Bite" long ago. I credit the name to the number of times I have heard myself, and others, assure themselves that just "one more bite" will do. Many years, and FOUR daughters later, I'm launching my bakery because next to being a Mama, baking for people is my favorite thing to do!
